Eight pitch-generation strategy decks, a hex-code citation registry, and presentation-mode polish
The strategies collection is rebuilt from the ground up: eight Scroll-UI pitch decks generated from audited, verification-hardened pitch narratives — every number carrying a canonical hex-code citation that renders as ordered [n] markers with hover popovers and a paginated Sources slide. Deck slugs now match the reach-edu corpus strategy slugs; the June drafts are archived, not lost. Presentation mode grew up too: auto-hiding header, full-viewport slides, and typography sized for funder-age eyes on 16:9 screens.

What shipped
The pitch-generation strategy decks. Eight Scroll-UI decks at corpus-aligned
slugs — upward-mobility (new flagship), workforce-development,
rural-income-boosts, adult-literacy-numeracy, frontier-job-demand,
ncad-forge, agent-workflow-maxxing, reverse-engineer-funding — each built
from a funder-facing pitch narrative (context-v/narratives/strategies/*/pitch.md)
that balances tweet-worthy core lines with KPI walls and "overwhelm" evidence
slides. The CEO's June 2026 campaign deck is the "what is" anchor; these are
"what's next, with your gift."
Citations that survive reordering. A per-client registry
(context-v/narratives/citations/registry.csv, ~190 sources) assigns every
unique article a permanent hex code. Each deck carries a citations.ts that
maps codes to sequential [n] markers by first appearance — reorder slides and
the pairing holds. Inline markers get hover popovers; every deck ends with a
paginated Sources slide (SourcesPager, new) that stays inside the 16:9
viewport with ▲/▼ paging.
Verified numbers. Research agents fetched primary sources for every flagged figure. Casualties included a fabricated "PwC drone survey" stat, decade-stale Mellon/RWJF grant totals, a mislabeled global-as-US drone market size, and a "94% skills gap" that was actually a partnership stat. Giving USA, Cerulli, and Altrata were updated to current editions. The decks now cite what the sources actually say.
Presentation mode. On scroll decks the site header hides until the cursor
reaches the top of the screen (body.is-scroll-deck + deck-header-autohide.js);
slides get the full viewport; the shell paginator owns the top-right corner
(the redundant per-slide kicker is hidden); c now clears all review chrome
including the rank pill. Typography was resized for funder-age eyes at
presentation distance: wider headline measures, larger card copy and
subheaders, and legible chips — including retiring hairline Courier New for a
modern system-mono stack at the theme-token level.
Renames with receipts. Deck slugs now match the reach-edu corpus strategy
slugs; old strategy section components are archived under
src/layouts/sections/_archive/; old scroll routes are removed (registry
entries preserved as ARCHIVED_STRATEGY_DECKS). The literacy deck was retitled
along the way — "guarantee" is not a word for education; it is now
"Foundational Capabilities, Measured Improvements."
