The Strategies collection is complete — six decks, now in the top nav

What started as an empty menu is now a six-deck portfolio of web-researched strategy decks, each authored as a narrative and designed into a Scroll-UI deck on the shared token-driven system. Today added the last two — Reverse Engineer Available Funding and Opinionated Program Design: Frontier Job Demand — and promoted Strategies into the hub's top navigation so the whole collection is one click from anywhere.

Six strategies, one menu, now in the nav

Why Care?

The strategies collection is the breadth layer above single-deck convergence — a menu of distinct strategic narratives, each its own deck. It now holds six, spanning Reach's funding case, its pedagogy, its operating model, and its program design. Strategies is now a top-nav item, so the collection is reachable from every page instead of by URL.

What's New?

The six decks, each at /scroll/<deck>/<variant> and listed on /strategies:

  1. Rural Income Boosts through Apprenticeship Degrees — the model as a place-based income engine.

  2. Improving Literacy & Numeracy in Working Adults — lift (and measure) the foundational skills most tied to wages, inside the degree.

  3. NCAD Forge — a cross-member agentic product lab to build the apprenticeship software stack.

  4. Agent Workflow Maxxing — agent workflows so a small team operates like a big one (ABM, travel, events, grants, social).

  5. Reverse Engineer Available Funding — funding follows a power law; study the biggest aligned funders and size the ask to their sweet spot.

  6. Opinionated Program Design: Frontier Job Demand — design programs backward from demand: advanced manufacturing, drone sciences, AI in business operations.

Navigation: added Strategies to the hub's primary nav (between Story and Automation), active across /strategies and the strategy deck pages.

All six are built on deck-primitives.css (token-driven; light/dark/vibrant work with no per-element variant classes) and use grant-seeking / philanthropy framing. Every borrowed stat is flagged in-deck with a VERIFY marker.

What's Next?

Verify the VERIFY-flagged figures against primary sources before any deck goes in front of funders; map each frontier field and funder pattern to specific NCAD member employers and prospects; and iterate variants on the strongest decks through the normal dididecks single-deck workflow.
