Citations rendering: footnoteReference display, Sources component, workspace lfm link

Hex-code footnotes stop rendering as raw identifiers and start behaving like real citations — sequential numbers inline, and a linked Sources list at the foot of the page carrying titles, domains, and publication dates.

Citations / Footnotes

  • Added footnoteReference handling to AstroMarkdown.astro — reads node.data.citationIndex for sequential display number, falls back to raw identifier.

  • Added footnoteDefinition suppression (rendered via Sources component instead of inline).

  • New Sources.astro component renders tree.data.citations.ordered as a numbered list with linked titles, source domains, and published dates.

  • Wired citations into [...slug].astro page template — extracts tree.data.citations.ordered from parsed MDAST and passes to <Sources>.

Content

  • Updated why-markdown-needs-to-grow-up.md with hex-code footnote references ([^a1b2c3] style) and structured definitions with title, URL, and published date.

Dependencies

  • Linked @lossless-group/lfm to workspace version (workspace:^) to pick up the new remark-citations plugin during development.
