Splash rollup catches up with the family — 7 children, 20 sources
The ai-labs splash was rolling up 4 children while the tree had grown to 7 — corpora-builder, id-didi-sh, and the whole studies shelf were invisible. The sync script now understands three container shapes (apps/, client-sites/, and studies' direct children), and the rollup carries 525 context-v files from 20 sources.
Why Care?
The splash is the tree's public face — the place someone outside the team lands to see what ai-labs contains. Its rollup was frozen at four children (context-vigilance-kit, memopop-ai, dididecks-ai, augment-it) while the tree quietly grew: corpora-builder and id-didi-sh mounted as new children, dididecks-ai grew a client-sites/ family of five deck workspaces, and studies/ accumulated five sub-studies of pinned prior art. None of that was visible. Today it all is — which matters right now because the tree is being opened up to an outside collaborator.
What's New?
Three new top-level children in the rollup:
corpora-builder,id-didi-sh, andstudies.Container-aware sub-child discovery —
rollup-sync.tspreviously only auto-discovered sub-projects under a child'sapps/. Each child can now declarecontainers:dididecks-aiscans bothapps/andclient-sites/(picking up calmstorm, chroma, humain-vc, lossless, and reach-edu decks), andstudiesscans its own direct children ('.') — surfacing agent-harnesses, conversational-ui-and-native-shells, memory-layers-for-agents, open-specs-and-standards, and vector-databases. Anything with achangelog/orcontext-v/becomes a sub-child with full provenance.Full re-sync committed —
splash/src/rollup/now carries 268 changelog files and 525 context-v files from 20 sources.Submodule pointers advanced to each child's pushed tip (augment-it, context-vigilance-kit, corpora-builder, and two studies), including context-vigilance-kit's corpus refresh that landed earlier today.
